THE BASE PACKAGE

Our Base Package is for the entry-level licensed agent who's simply looking to hang their license with Elite Realty Alliance.

Key Features Of This Plan

• You must already be a licensed Real Estate Agent (see below packages for licensing assistance).
• The Monthly Brokerage Fee is $250.
• You'll earn 85% of all sales and lease commissions.
• Any commissions earned as a result of brokerage-provided referrals, leads, or the brokerage's social media marketing efforts will be on a 50/50 split.

PLEASE NOTE: BELOW ARE OUR SUCCESS PACKAGES WITH BROKERAGE COACHING OPTIONS ALREADY INCLUDED. THESE OPTIONS GIVE YOU THE ABILITY TO KEEP 100% OF YOUR COMMISSIONS WITH NO BROKER SPLITS. AND YOU'RE ABLE TO GET LICENSED IN ANY STATE.

THE PREMIUM PACKAGE

This package is ideal for anyone interested in becoming a successful real estate agent. It works great for new agents, experienced agents seeking structure and a defined road map, OR entrepreneurs determined to plant their feet in real estate.

THE GOLD PACKAGE

This package is ideal for the sales professional who's dedicated to achieving real estate success! This package absolutely requires you to have the desire to run your real estate career as a true business- branded and customized to fit your uniqueness, real estate interests, and desire to run a real estate team/brokerage.

Key Features Included: 

• Everything in The Premium Package is Included in Our Gold Package, plus everything below
• Our Broker, Deborah Naylor, is the Designated Broker of Record for your LLC Alliance
• You create your own Real Estate LLC
• Any Licensed Agents you bring in will be sponsored by your LLC
• Provides you with more advertising/marketing flexibility
• Your listings and signs will be in your LLC name
• You must have one Licensed Agent as a Designated Supervisor (this could be you, by the way)
• Your LLC keeps all commissions and sets its own splits with its sponsored Agents
• Ability to run your real estate company as a brokerage without YET being a licensed Real Estate Broker
• LLC Brokerage Setup Packages (all done for you if desired)

THE ELITE PACKAGE

This package is ideal for the Entrepreneur who already has a large following and just needs the tools and strategies to fast-track their way to real estate success. This entrepreneur has already reached levels of success in their respective industries as a business owner or as a solo real estate agent. They're interested in further developing their business acumen and success strategies that have been proven to help them succeed in real estate regardless of economic fluctuations.
