Our Dedicated Section 8 Leasing Service

For over 7 years, we've offered uniquely customized Section 8 Leasing Services for voucher holders. Our program provides voucher holders with a selection of pre-screened properties tailored to fit their voucher rent limits and personal criteria.

Our experienced team has leased over 180 Section 8 properties over the years, and unlike other realtors or property management companies, we also collaborate with landlords and various local housing authorities to ensure a more seamless and knowledgeable process once we've secured the right Section 8-friendly home for you. 

Program Requirements:

• Program Enrollment Fee: $260 (payment is due upfront to initiate services)
• Must have your security deposit ready for the landlord once you're approved for your new home
• Must have your voucher available and be able to begin the RFTA process once you've been approved for your new home with us; no exceptions.
• We require that you have a monthly income of AT LEAST $500 to meet day-to-day living expenses and preferred minimum income requirements when leasing with your voucher
